About Andrew Baggott

- I set up the Adjustment Bureay having trained with David Shephard of the Performance Partnership.
- My key philosophy is to be a Coach, not a crutch, to empower not hold back.
- In that spirit I offer a service which is both personal aqs well as designed to get rid of any negative influences and behaviours, while dramatically increasing positives.
- The end result, Total Empowerment for an individual and that individual having the ability to consistently achieve their goals and aims.

My training, work experience and any achievement

- Having trained with the Performance Partnership and been accredited by ANLP, American Board of Hypnotherapy and Time Line Association, I am now working with the end goal of Master Trainer in the above.
- I have, and am, working with clients at different levels including personal empowerment, stress relief, weight loss, achievement coaching as well as relationship counselling sales performance achievement and sports performance.
- On a business coaching front I have, and continue to work with businesses to increase their net profit consistently above their set targets.

Andrew Baggott

Learned at the age of 5, with the death of my mother, that the world is not always a perfect place, and that disaster can be around the next corner. I also learned that either trauma, and disaster can control your life (being a victim), or it can be used to shape the life you want. I soon chose the latter option.

Joining the Army showed me that being a follower pretty much sucks and in order to make a difference to yourself and others then you need to lead.
In leading, I also learnt that the most effective leadership is to lead from the front, setting an example for others to follow, which throughout his career he has always done.

I discovered that combining performance, with a passion for the subject transforms teaching into a positive experience for all be it a full class or one to one.

I worked abroad, in the media, in politics and in local government as well as assisting in business start ups. As a result, knows that there are an infinite variety of people all with valid different experiences and world views. I also recognises that there are an equal amount of solutions to peoples and organisations problems.

I have been, over time, imperfect in many areas and has found that to be depressingly pedestrian. As a result I’m driven to deliver the best possible service and the maximum outcome for clients. An addition to the family, my daughter, (Willow Baggott) provides new insights and an increased dry cleaning bill.
